The following link from Mass Youth Soccer, provides coaches with free, easy to follow recommended practice sessions.  The practice plans include skills, drills, games, and scheduling to help you make the most out of your practices.  These practices are broken down by boys/girls and age group.  They can be easily printed-out and taken with you to the field.
